Single-Source Design and Construction
As the General Contractor, Vemac subcontracts architectural and engineering services and remains the dominant contracting entity in the Design/Build process. Partnering with a selectively chosen Architect or other duly licensed entity the two are contracted as a single-source team to compete both design and construction services to meet the Owner’s specific needs.
The Design/Build process allows all parties to collaboratively participate in problem solving early in the design phase of the project and provides a single source of responsibility.
