This SISD LEED silver certified school project was a combo school consisting of an elementary school and middle school totaling 220,000sq.ft. building on a 30-acre site. The schools were later named Manuel Puentes Middle School and James Butler Elementary School. The extensive concrete work provided by VEMAC, Inc. on this project included:

Super flat concrete slab for indoor gym wood floor
Concrete tilt panels
Precast concrete (window shades and artistic children element as shown in pictures below)
Concrete deck on second floor
2 decorative concrete plazas
Bus drop-off plaza
1 bus drop off 8'' concrete driveway
2 parent drop off concrete 6'' paving driveway
Concrete post tension basketball and tennis courts approximately 60,000sq.ft.
City and school sidewalk
Concrete piers for light poles
Curb and gutter
Driveway aprons concrete tilt panels were of various sizes and angles and shades (234) and children statue were precast on site.
