Brigade Staging AreaVEMAC constructed a Brigade Staging Area Complex which includes an administration operation building, secure parking, two troop personnel shelters, tactical vehicle hardstand parking, an all-weather tank access road, small wash rack, an inspection area, two vehicle scales with scale building, defueling area, wastewater treatment facility, intrusion detection system (IDS) installation, connections to energy monitoring and control systems (EMCS) and utility distribution lines.

Also includes Information Systems and Mass Notification. Supporting facilities include utilities, electric service, site improvements and information systems. Anti-terrorism/Force Protection measure includes stand-off distance, laminated glass security lighting. Sustainable Design and Development (SSD) and Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPA Act 05) features were provided. This project also entailed us to provide a vehicle deployment processing center to include vehicle inspection, weighing, and staging for processing military vehicles and equipment for deployment by air, rail, or land. As well as performing the role of Prime Contractor, we also performed hand-placed tank trail concrete, building concrete, some specialty installation, and portions of the drywall, ceiling, framing and painting. *LEED Silver Certifiable.
