Herrera Development

VEMAC served as Design/Builder on the Herrera Shopping Center Project and self-performed all concrete work. This shopping center included two standard shell buildings, 8,000 sq. ft. and 18,000 sq. ft. respectively as well as a pad site. VEMAC performed the installation of all infrastructure such as: water, sewer, storm drain, gas and electrical for the 17.4 acre site for current and future development. This project once again features VEMACs concrete expertise and technical skill. Our in-house concrete division performed all structural and site concrete.
