Westpark 2 completed, Westpark 3 begins and Westpark 4 forthcoming of almost 2 million sf of fiber reinforced concrete pavement. This pavement was specifically designed for special overload capacity (110,000lbs vs 80,000lbs), specific to Santa Teresa port of entry for semis transferring loads from Mexico to Westpark industrial park.
