David earned his degree in Civil engineering at UTEP in 2002 and joined the family business, VEMAC in 2003. His education allowed him to excel VEMAC’s concrete department. His work is notable in the construction industry, specifically in the concrete sector. David has shown that concrete is superior than asphalt and an economic version. His company has transformed the city of El Paso and also Las Cruces, New Mexico.

He has one daughter Vivian, who also works at VEMAC and 3 sons, David Jr. and the twins ___ and ____. He enjoys working out, following football and spending quality time with family and friends.
